Hari ini tepat pada Senin, 20 Januari 2020 dilaksanakan agenda Technical Meeting (TM) bagi para peserta lomba Ar-Rohman Games 2020. Technical Meeting dimulai pada pukul 08.00 di gedung MTs Ar-Rohman Tegalrejo. Technical Meeting dihadiri perwakilan dari 33 Sekolah Dasar/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se-Eks Karesidenan Madiun. Technical Meeting dibuka secara langsung oleh Bapak Kepala MTs Ar-Rohman Tegalrejo. Pembukaan kegiatan Technical Meeting oleh Bapak Kepala MTS Ar-Rohman Tegalrejo berlangsung cukup singkat dan jelas, beliau menyampaikan beberapa hal inti tentang pelaksanaan Ar-Rohman Games 2020. Beliau juga menyampaikan rasa terima kasih terhadap Bapak/Ibu Guru pendamping yang turut berpartisipasi dan hadir dalam kegiatan Technical Meeting Ar-Rohman Games 2020. Bapak Kepala MTS Ar-Rohman Tegalrejo juga tak lupa memberikan pesan penting kepada para guru pendamping bahwa Ar-Rohman Games tahun ini mengalami peningkatan jumlah tim yang ikut berpartisipasi, sehingga beliau menyampaikan kepada para guru pendamping untuk mempersiapkan tim/peserta lomba dengan semaksimalnya sebab persaingan akan menjadi lebih berat dibandingkan tahun kemarin.
Setelah pembukaan dari Bapak Kepala MTS Ar-Rohman Tegalrejo, acara selanjutnya ialah penyampaian petunjuk teknis atau juknis dari masing-masing penanggung jawab lomba serta penyampaian singkat tentang sistem CBT yang akan digunakan untuk Olimpiade Matematika dan IPA. Penyampaian juknis diawali dari cabang lomba Olimpiade Matematika dan IPA, kemudian dilanjutkan lomba Da'i dan Da'iah, setelah itu penyampaian dari cabang lomba Futsal dan Volly. Setelah penyampaian juknis untuk lomba Futsal dan Volly selesai, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan skema pertandingannya.
Perhelatan Ar-Rohman Games tahun ini akan penuh kejutan sebab jumlah tim atau peserta yang mengikuti lomba semakin banyak. Hal ini tentu akan menambah keseruan dan meningkatkan level kompetisi menjadi lebih tinggi. Tak sabar rasanya ingin segera merasakan keseruan dan kemeriahan lomba di Ar-Rohman Games 2020.

- Volly Putra diikuti oleh 13 Tim
- Volly Putri diikuti oleh 8 Tim
- Da'i & Da'iah diikuti oleh 43 Peserta
- Olimpiade Matematika diikuti oleh 57 Peserta
- Olimpiade IPA diikuti oleh 61 Peserta
